We will not share any personal information that you provide during the time of registration with a third party. We store this information for a period of 1 year from the time of enrolment. Qkrishi focuses on skilling, research and development. From time to time we offer courses on quantum computing and related topics in online, classroom and mixed mode. Please read this privacy policy carefully before joining our courses. Your use of the Website, or services in connection with Qkrishi courses, or registrations with us through any modes or usage of any products or services shall signify your acceptance of this Policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Participants are allowed to cancel their enrollment up to one day before the start date of any of our skilling programs/courses. We offer 98% refund if the cancellation is done up to one day before the start of the program. However, once the course begins, no refunds will be possible.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) of use of our website www.qkrishi.com (“Website”), our study materials ("Content") or any skilling services ("Services") in connection with Qkrishi skilling programs are between Qkrishi (“Company/We/Us/Our”) and its users (“User/You/Your”).

These Terms constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions  of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology  (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 thereunder, as amended from time  to time.

If you do not agree with the Terms, the Privacy Policy, or Pricing, please do not use the Programs or Website or avail the Services. Any access to our Programs through registrations/subscription is non transferable.

4. All homeworks and projects submitted as part of the course by the User shall be owned jointly by the User and Qkrishi.
